Shout Out! Apparel is a clothing brand that sells customizable velcro letter t-shirts and related products through this website. Our contact information appears at the end of these Terms of Service.

By using the site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless expressly stated.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We may accept or decline any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, or inaccurate information.

Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe, and you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

We ship within the United States and may offer select international shipping in the future. Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with included components such as letters, symbols, and storage accessories.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

All site content, including the Shout Out! name, logo, Spike mascot, product designs, photographs, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Shout Out! Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the site or related systems.
